Could we possibly get a video commenting option? or are you just keeping a video list through on the main page for fun

Just wondering if anyone else is interested in having some comment option available.

I don't fully understand what you mean by Video commenting. Do you mean instead of txt comments, users could upload video?

IMHO, I feel that's just a waste of bandwidth. And more complication than we need. Admins would have to moderate uploaded video and a whole new backend would have to be constructed to handle the uploading of videos by users with certain permissions.

More of a headache than I think Mix is willing to take on right now.

Then again; I'm no mod or admin here, but I do have a fair bit of webmastering & administration experience.

The media player on the front page is just a "showcase", there is no way to add comments to them.

Although, I could create a Video section under the Content where people could post videos. THEN it would be possible to add comments.

btw, I was thinking of doing articles by video, but that takes a lot of work. It's easier to type it out. I might do it with a few things although. It's a little easier to show hardware with video.

It would be sweet to see some hardware showcased in a video by you, if your up to do more work.
